We are located right in the heart of Main Beach

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes you can book all major theme parks and attractions through our reception

Q: Do you have after hours check in facilities?

After hours check in facilities are available. Please contact us prior to your arrival to make arrangements

Q: Can I get a late checkout?

This is dependant on bookings and if there is someone going into the apartment.

Please contact Reception to see if this is possible.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

eTourism Holidays, our booking agent, will take an 11% deposit at time of booking when booking online. This will be deducted from your total tariff.

Ocean Sands will take also take a  deposit equal to $300 per week or part thereof in low season and $500 per week or part thereof in mid and high season.

Q: Is there car parking at the property?

We have secure undercover parking available.
