Ocean Sands Booking Terms & Conditions:

Accommodation will be confirmed only on receipt of deposit paid. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.

Deposit Policy:
At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged $300 by Ocean Sands, except during high season where a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

This is the total deposit required to be paid today to confirm the booking. This total deposit is included in the total room price and does not include any additional charges or fees. The remaining balance is to be settled upon arrival at Ocean Sands Resort. Please note that a booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Payment: 
The full balance of the tariff is payable at check in. Proof of ID and credit card details must be shown upon check in. Guests must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a responsible adult Visa & Mastercard are accepted.

Personal cheques, Diners and Amex are not accepted.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to check in will receive a refund of deposit, less a $50.00 administration fee.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days and up to 24 hours of check in will forfeit 100% of the deposit paid. Cancellation notifications must be in writing.
If you should fail to arrive for your booking without notifying Ocean Sands (the property) you are responsible for the entire amount of your stay, unless the accommodation can be re-let.

Travel insurance is always recommended and encouraged. This will help to protect against all charges, fees and potential loss of deposit amount arising should it be necessary for the cancellation of your holiday in the event of accident, unforeseen illness, hardship or a change of plans.

Sunday / Public Holidays: CLOSED

Should your arrival need to occur OUTSIDE of these Office Hours, please contact us directly to discuss our after hours service arrangements. We look forward to welcoming you to Ocean Sands.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ADVISE US PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK-IN SHOULD YOUR ARRIVAL TIME NEED TO OCCUR OUTSIDE OUR LISTED OFFICE HOURS - ARRANGEMENTS NEED TO BE MADE IN ADVANCE IN THIS EVENT SO WE MUST BE NOTIFIED

Ocean Sands adheres to a strict No Party Policy. This property is not part of the Schoolies Program as it does not have the policies and resources to accommodate the needs of the guests during the annual Schoolies Festival in late November/early December.
If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, management reserves the right to cancel your booking under a no refund policy.
